Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Other Cities and Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be offered on Prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations. A shipping and handling charge of ₹100 applies to all COD orders. This charge will be added at checkout and displayed before order confirmation.
We reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for certain products, locations, or customers at our discretion.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided) so you can track your shipment.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and provide updates.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
